A patented fastening method

Roof glazing installed from below

TM Roof Select roof glazing – the familiar iiCi – is fastened entirely from below the glass, so the installer does not need to go onto the roof. The method is fast, safe and patent-protected. Aluminium-framed TM Roof Essential is installed in the conventional way.

A new way to install

Safe installation without climbing onto the roof

TM Roof Select represents a new way of installing glass roofs: all fastenings are made from below the glass, so the installer does not need to go above the glass – onto the roof – during installation. Aluminium-framed TM Roof Essential is installed in the conventional way. The fastening method was brought to the market in 2022, and a patent was granted for it in 2024.

The glass mouldings are fitted before the panels are lifted onto the roof, so they protect the glass from breaking during installation. Roof glazing brings natural light onto the terrace, shelters the space from rain and pairs seamlessly with sliding glass.

The range: TM Roof Essential and TM Roof Select

There are two roof glazing models. TM Roof Essential is built on an aluminium frame and installed in the conventional way. TM Roof Select is the timber-framed solution that is installed entirely from below the glass and spans up to five metres, so the roof needs fewer supporting structures. The familiar iiCi roof glazing is now TM Roof Select.

What determines the price of roof glazing?

Signature

One site. One solution.

Signature comes about when a ready-made solution is not what the site calls for – when the solution is designed on the site’s own terms.

Every Signature is unique. It can be an entirely one-of-a-kind whole in which the design, the materials and the finish come together on that particular site.

Terassimaailma’s highest level of quality, for the sites where the ordinary is not enough.

No compromises.
